As Studio Esoteric is currently in a caretaking period, our repair service is temporarily unavailable
If your item arrives faulty, you may choose from the following options:
• Return for a full refund, or
• Keep the item and arrange your own repair, if preferred.
Simply contact us via instagram DM within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What is the return policy?
Due to the limited and considered nature of our releases, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
We accept returns only if an item is faulty or incorrect.
What qualifies as faulty or incorrect?
A faulty item is one that has a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect item is one that differs from what you ordered.
What should I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a solution.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method.
Are sale items eligible for return?
All sale pieces are final. Faulty items are, of course, covered under the above policy.
